Far too often, we’ve been taught to silence, ignore, or fear the natural design of our bodies. But what if we learned to listen instead? To honor our cycles, understand our nervous system, and embrace our emotions as meaningful messengers?

 This one-day retreat is a nurturing, inspiring, and interactive experience for girls, mothers, grandmothers, and women of all ages. It’s designed especially for young maidens (ages 8+) and the women who walk alongside them.

Whether your daughter is preparing for her first cycle or you’ve been cycling for decades—this day is for you.

 This is not a Sex Ed class.
We don’t teach male anatomy or cover sexual education. Instead, this retreat lays the foundation for future conversations about fertility, childbirth, breastfeeding, and menopause by first teaching young girls to appreciate their own beautifully designed bodies.

Mothers often say this class helps them open or deepen sacred conversations with their daughters—many wish they had experienced something like this as a young girl.

The Ultimate Beach House in Lake Geneva includes: six oversize bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It boasts a light filled farmhouse kitchen along with spacious living areas providing comfortable areas to gather and relax. It has two private beaches and private pier on the south shore of Lake Como, a private cabana with indoor/outdoor bar, an outdoor fire pit and lakeside deck. Additionally, enjoy a short walk to three restaurants and shopping in Lake Geneva.
